If you’re running a plug trade site with numerous trades, then Plug Submitter is an absolute Godsend.  Submitting to every site manually often takes 1-3 hours per day. JMBSoft
Industry leading and easy to use tgp/mgp/link directory software. Good   software and great support on their forums. I use TGP X and TGP X Server Edition on perhaps 20 adult websites. It does the job that I need it to do and works like a charm with my traffic tracking script Trade Expert (see below). Flat page generation permits TGPX to handle 500k+ per day.

Kat CMS
Thinking about running a plug trade video site? Then Kat CMS is certainly for you. Kat CMS has ad management, traffic trade ratio management, user groups, mailing list for webmaster to communicate with trade partners, RSS imports, accepts submissions and declines them if trade ratio is too low (helps make other people send you traffic), customizable template system, caching, daily statistics, productivity tracking, traffic skimming, chosen one management, plug queue release system, plug auto-sort to help send your best trades the most traffic, and rss feeds for subscribers.

Each license costs $500 and comes loaded with enough features to keep you busy and run a successful plug trade site. Custom mods cost $30 per hour, or per project, negotiable with the coder. Trade Expert
If you’re running a tgp/mgp, then you need Trade Expert. It’s a top of the line traffic manager that has a lot of easy to features from niche grouping to custom skim levels and click patterns. You can even customize the admin interface to meet your needs and make trade management much easier. Remember those 20 adult sites mentioned above? They’re 90% tgp/mgp sites. The other 10% are a few plug trade sites. I use Trade Expert on about 20 sites total. It sounds expensive, but it’s not that bad because after the first purchase, the license prices go down. They also sometimes have holiday specials which is a great time to purchase!

Trade Expert is coded in C and is super fast on a good server because it does NOT use SQL databases. Trade Expert does a great job keeping your server load DOWN. My normal server loads are always low, even during high traffic spikes.

The last holiday sale sold licenses for as low as $135. This script is well worth the money for anyone running a TGP or MGP. Have pushed 440k daily on this script effortlessly and there’s a reason I own nearly twenty copies.

Social Media
If your goal is to build a Myspace/Youtube clonewith lots of user interaction and content contribution, then Social Media is for you.  Whether it’s an adult tube site/picture/blog content site with adult ads, or safe for work site with Google Adsense, you’ll be able to power your site with this script. I’m currently pushing 5-10k per day on this script with ease. One of my favorite options is the mass media importer which permits you to do multiple updates on one screen to save time. There’s also a Google Adsense mod that let’s your employees/friends/trusted partners insert their Google Adsense code and display their own ad on the pages of the content they submitted. It’s a small benefit to motivate people to add content for you, or nifty way to pay an employee on a revshare/performance basis. Social Media permits embedding of content to spread your site like wildfire if you run the next entertaining viral video. You can also disable embedding to save bandwidth.

Normal price is $197 with additional cost for certain addons (mass media importer, Adsense revshare option, etc). A light version called Simple Media is also available for $87.
